Thanks Brooks, for the nice comment, and the Fvl on my work. I appreciate your time to respond. I was fortunate to get very close to this heron before he became too frightened of me. I was ready with my longest lens as well which thankfully had a VR (Vibration Reduction) feature. It had a 600mm zoom which I had almost fully zoomed to.
