Description
While at the 2006 annual Easton Waterfowl Festival on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, I saw this young blonde girl playing with a sculpture that was stationed outdoors. In this capture, she had grabbed the tail of the animal sculpture. The pose of the animal is something you may have expected of a live creature as it looks back at the child. I cropped the image, extracted the background and added grass using the pattern tool in Photoshop. A light vignette was used and then blurred. I also added textures, filters, painting effects and techniques to add an artistic look to the image.
