Description
A photograph of a bronze sculpture of a mountain lion called, "Timber Stalker" by Fred Boyer, exhibited at the annual Easton Waterfowl Festival in Easton Maryland.
I extracted the background, added a sky, expanded the base of the display and gave it a little vignetting.
Fred Boyer
Hometown: Anaconda, Montana
After teaching art for 15 years, in both Alaska and his native Montana, Fred dedicated himself to sculpting. His experiences as a hunting guide, smokejumper and firefighter helped him gain an understanding of animal behavior. His impressive wildlife bronzes grace the homes of former President George W. Bush and General Norman Schwarzkopf. His awards include the International Safari Club's Featured Artist for 2013, a first for a sculptor, Calgary Stampede Artist's Choice in 2009, and Wild Wing's People's Choice and Artist's Best of Show from 2007-2009. Through his artwork Fred has raised substantial funds for global conservation efforts.
