3D Stereo Crossview. (No 3D glasses required). For viewing depth, The entire side-by-side crossview image must be within view. Gently converge (cross) your eyes and focus on the middle image while ignoring the outside. Not everyone is successful with this method but if you are, it becomes easier each time and eventually second nature.

Fort Howard is the name of a former military installation of the Spanish American War named by Elihu Root, Secretary of War under President Theodore Roosevelt in 1902 after Colonel John Eager Howard (1752-1827). The installation earned the nickname the "Bulldog at Baltimore's Gate" serving as the coastal artillery headquarters for Baltimore, Maryland. Fort Howard's historical significance is its military connection with the War of 1812, the Spanish - American War, and World War II.

I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005.
