While attending the Watermen's Appreciation Day festivities at St. Michaels on Maryland's Eastern Shore, I took a quick shot of the steamed crabs in one basket, ready for serving. They were very very tasty!!!
I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005. Since I've been with Fine Art America, I've focused primarily on regular photography with a touch of digital manipulation to better compose the images and ideas. Each time I think I've reached a peak, I find myself crossing another threshold that challenges my abilities and talents while paving way to another plateau. Beautiful still life and capture! LF
Brian Wallace replied:
Thank you Dora, for the nice comment and L/F. I appreciate it. I remember being very quick and somewhat stealth, capturing this image. I'm extremely introverted and shy and am constantly wondering if I'm being watched... so I guess I could add "Paranoid" to the list as well. lol
