In this version of Gaby Ehtington's donated image for Abbie Shores' Edit Challenge 57, I added a guy with his drone lifting in the air (originally captured at Downs Park in Pasadena MD 6-25-17). I cleaned up many dust spots showing up in the sky area. I then added a UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena otherwise known as a UFO) with a red laser beam emanating from the bottom of the craft toward the white drone. I added a glow around the laser beam. To heighten the effect, I also added a glow to the drone with flames and smoke coming from it.
My first version had just the guy and white drone but I felt it might not be enough for the challenge.
I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005. Since I've been with Fine Art America, I've focused primarily on regular photography with a touch of digital manipulation to better compose the images and ideas. Each time I think I've reached a peak, I find myself crossing another threshold that challenges my abilities and talents while paving way to another plateau.
