I photographed some crabbers operating a workboat on the Chesapeake Bay around Sandy Point State Park with the Sandy Point Shoal Lighthouse in the background. They took off from this spot to travel to another location. Some crab pots are stored on the top of the boat's roof. I added some watercolor effects for artistic appeal. (9-7-19).
I'm a retired communications instructor/developer, raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland (USA). I have a wide range of interests which include some artistic talent. My eclectic tastes, thirst for variety, and preference for images over words, eventually lead me through the internet to the world of 3D stereo in 2005. Since I've been with Fine Art America, I've focused primarily on regular photography with a touch of digital manipulation to better compose the images and ideas. Each time I think I've reached a peak, I find myself crossing another threshold that challenges my abilities and talents while paving way to another plateau.
